Job Title: Customer Success Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Professional to join our team at Hayward Hawk. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client accounts
- Negotiate effectively to secure contracts and product opportunities
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Develop in-depth market knowledge to anticipate needs and uncover growth opportunities
- Provide product support to client accounts
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients
- Monitor business activities and provide accurate, timely reports
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, open to new challenges and responsibilities, and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant business or IT-related field (2:1 or equivalent preferred)
- At least one year of experience in a client-facing account management role
- Proven experience managing and growing multiple B2B relationships
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
