Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Dispatch Planner to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any major changes from flight information to quantity of passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report any major changes from flight information to quantity of passengers, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to all areas of the DO & CO operation.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between airlines and internal departments, planning and coordinating to ensure requirements are met with all departments in the DO & CO operational areas.
  • Label Preparation and Allocation: Prepare and print labels and allocate information to all departments in the DO & CO operation, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Check and validate food safety compliance, ensuring quality and quantity control as per production and menu specifications of all flights.
  • Dispatch and Delivery: Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of food assembly and production lines, providing accurate and timely information to the Transport team regarding any extra requirements.
  • Stock Management: Analyze flight data to assist in planning any increase/decrease in stock requirements, ensuring efficient inventory management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess great communication skills, written and verbal English, and work well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners great service.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Excel Skills: Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and be able to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible in the way you think, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for our partners and the DO & CO family.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess energy and drive to deliver results beyond expectations and have a problem-solving mentality.
  • Financial Awareness: Have a great understanding of how your department is performing overall, including financially, and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands-on approach.
