Job Overview

As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the monitoring and communication of significant alterations in flight schedules and passenger counts. Acting as the primary liaison between airlines and various internal teams, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting any significant changes in flight data and passenger numbers.
  • Serving as the main contact point for airlines and internal departments.
  • Coordinating with all operational teams to meet the necessary requirements.
  • Preparing and printing labels, as well as distributing information across all operational areas.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining quality control in accordance with production and menu specifications.
  • Validating food safety compliance and ensuring timely dispatch of food production lines.
  • Providing precise and timely information to the Transport team regarding additional requirements.
  • Analyzing flight data to assist in adjusting stock levels as needed.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills and teamwork, while being proactive in delivering excellent service.
  • Promoting a safe working environment and adhering to all relevant policies.
  • Delivering high-quality service to customers, ensuring timely and accurate handovers.
  • Taking ownership of your responsibilities, supporting your team, and celebrating collective achievements.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to interpret and present data clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative approach.
  • Adaptability in decision-making and handling changes to meet the needs of partners.
  • Drive and energy to exceed expectations, coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • A comprehensive understanding of departmental performance, including financial aspects, and the ability to implement practical improvements.
  • Flexibility in work availability is essential, as operations run seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.
