About the Role

As a key member of our cargo handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with airlines and carriers, and ensuring seamless cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cargo Coordination: Process inbound and outbound flights, coordinate with carriers, and manage the transportation chain.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and capture data entries into our client's computer systems.
  • Reporting and Discrepancies: Report on discrepancies and damages, and ensure all industry regulations and customs requirements are met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills required to capture relevant information into our client's computer systems.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions

This role requires shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as our business operates 24/7. Please note that if you are offered this position, you will be subject to a background check, including a criminal record check, 5-year employment history, and a drug & alcohol test.
