Position Overview:
Class 1 Personnel Ltd is seeking to hire an Airside Operations Coordinator to support our esteemed client in the aviation sector.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be stationed at a major airport and will be responsible for providing remote assistance to various locations.

Our client is recognized as one of the leading catering service providers in the UK, catering to multiple airports including major hubs.

The Airside Operations Coordinator will collaborate with a diverse team of loaders at airports and fuel terminals.

Key duties include ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders, delivering operational excellence, and providing top-tier service to our customers and partners while preparing comprehensive handovers to shift managers and briefing them on any schedule changes.

This role involves working closely with the transport department to guarantee the seamless and efficient delivery of goods to aircraft.

Additionally, you will liaise with shift managers on the airside to verify that all goods delivered to flights are accurate.

In this position, you will oversee the airside loaders on shift, ensuring they operate under time constraints to meet workload deadlines and fulfill customer expectations.

The ideal candidate for this Airside Operations Coordinator position will possess relevant experience, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and familiarity with airside operations.


Key Qualifications:
  • Adaptable and a strong team player

Previous airside experience, potentially in a supervisory capacity, is preferred.


Additional Requirements:

All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, undergo a Criminal Record Check (CRC), and provide a five-year checkable reference history.

For any time spent outside the UK exceeding six months, a CRC from that country must be provided.


Compensation:
Up to £13 per hour

Overtime:
Available during peak operational periods
