Job Description

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of airfreight procedures from door to door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Agents and Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Liaise with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate Shipments: Oversee the coordination of shipments, including air, road, and sea transportation, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Make Export Airline Bookings: Book export airline flights and manage related documentation.
  • Track Shipments: Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Customer Invoicing: Process customer invoices and creditor payments in a timely manner.
  • Freight Collection and Delivery: Collect and deliver freight, ensuring that all shipments are handled with care.
  • Assist with Packing and Documentation: Assist with packing, documentation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Airfreight Operations Experience: 2 years of experience in airfreight operations, preferably with a freight forwarder.
  • DG Accreditation: DG accreditation is an advantage, but not required.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Work Location: In-person work environment.
