Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Airport Centre Coordinator to become a vital part of our Heathrow Airport Operations team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key clients.
  • Provide assistance to various departments including Airport Resolution Centre, Flight Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, Stand Planning, and Loading Control.
  • Engage in daily meetings to address and communicate transport-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Airport Operations Manager on a range of inquiries pertaining to both current and upcoming operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate real-time operations.
  • Monitor aircraft alterations and relay information to all pertinent departments, ensuring accuracy in catering figures, aircraft types, and flight schedules.
  • Identify and communicate any operational issues that may arise.
  • Offer support to Dispatch and Flight Coordinators.
  • Exhibit a passion for detail and excellence.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, enabling quick and precise work.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • A collaborative team player, fostering a supportive work atmosphere.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to adapt work availability, as operations run seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
