Job Overview

As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the monitoring and reporting of significant alterations in flight data to assess passenger numbers. Acting as the primary liaison between airlines and internal teams, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report significant changes in flight information and passenger counts.
  • Serve as the main contact point between airlines and internal departments.
  • Plan and coordinate to meet operational requirements across all areas of the business.
  • Prepare, print, and allocate labels and information to relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards as per production and menu specifications.
  • Validate food safety compliance and maintain high standards.
  • Guarantee timely dispatch and delivery of food assembly and production lines.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the transport team regarding additional requirements.
  • Analyze flight data to assist in adjusting stock levels as needed.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and collaborate effectively within a large team.
  • Promote a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety policies.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring timely and accurate handovers.
  • Take responsibility for actions, support team efforts, and celebrate collective successes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated passion for food and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of interpreting data clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptable and efficient decision-maker, able to manage change effectively.
  • Driven to exceed expectations with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Comprehensive understanding of departmental performance, including financial aspects.
  • Flexibility in work availability is essential, as operations run seven days a week.
