Job Summary

The Central Dispatch Planner will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any major changes from flight information to quantity of passengers. This role will serve as the main point of contact between airlines and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report any major changes from flight information to quantity of passengers
  • Act as the main point of contact between airlines and internal departments
  • Plan and coordinate to ensure requirements are met with all departments in the DO & CO operational areas
  • Maintain and prepare labels and allocate information to all departments
  • Ensure quality and quantity control as per production and menu specifications of all flights
  • Check and validate food safety compliance
  • Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of food assembly and production lines
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the Transport team regarding any extra requirements
  • Analyze flight data to assist in planning any increase/decrease in stock requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, delivering goods on time to specification and an accurate handover

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for food and a motivation to deliver exceptional service
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Be able to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner
  • Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible in regards to work availability, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
