Job Title: Stores and Logistics Officer - Tooling

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores and Logistics Officer - Tooling to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing tooling loan return, delivery, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tooling loan return, delivery, and dispatch operations
  • Assist with tool inventory management to maintain serviceability
  • Physical tool packaging and movement to manage delivery, dispatch, and shipping operations
  • Receiving and inspecting aircraft engine parts, following goods receipt process to ensure EASA/CAA compliance
  • Understanding of aviation paperwork and Form 1's in relation to part receipt and issue to mechanics
  • Kitting engine parts to specific tasks to enable maintenance operations to run efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate onsite operational vehicles for repair and scheduled servicing
  • Control of Quarantine Bond in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Stock control for all operational materials, working with procurement for business cost control
  • Facility housekeeping and monitoring workshop environment
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to assure compliance to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Recognized diploma in Engineering/Logistics or related disciplines
  • Experience in Engineering/store and logistics role
  • Knowledge of or experience in aviation industry/Engine Maintenance Organisation is preferable
  • Computer and MS office capable
  • Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
