We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing stock adjustments, managing inventory litigation, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Process stock adjustments for special movements, monitor and manage inventory litigation, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Logistics Operations: Activate inter-company stock transfers, prepare proforma invoices, and liaise with warehouses for packing and shipment booking.
  • Delivery and Claims: Manage delivery claims for warehouse and stores, and order packaging materials for stores via HLink.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Measure and report logistics KPIs, providing relevant data and reports to the operations team and management.
  • Event Support: Participate in destocking, public and staff sales, and event support activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in logistics or operations.
  • Skills: Good IT skills, including Cegid and Microsoft Office.
  • Work Style: Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track.
