Key Responsibilities
  • Process stock adjustments for special movements in Cegid and monitor inventory litigation.
  • Activate inter-company stock transfers, prepare proforma invoices, and liaise with warehouses for packing and shipment booking.
  • Manage delivery claims for warehouses and stores, and order packaging materials for stores via HLink.
  • Measure and report logistics KPIs, providing relevant data to the operations team and management.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or operations.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track.
  • Good IT skills, including Cegid and Microsoft Office.
