Role Overview

We are pleased to announce an opening for an Airport Centre Coordinator within our Heathrow Airport Operations team.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key clients.
  • Provide assistance to various departments, including Airport Resolution Centre, Flight Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, Stand Planning, and Loading Control.
  • Engage with Engineering and Aircraft Movements teams.
  • Participate in daily meetings to address any transportation challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Airport Operations Manager on various inquiries related to both current and future operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate ongoing operations.
  • Track aircraft changes and relay information to all pertinent departments, including catering figures, aircraft types, and schedule details.
  • Report any issues that may affect operations.
  • Provide support to Dispatch and Flight Coordinators.
  • Exhibit a passion for detail and excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, enabling efficient and accurate work.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Team player mentality, fostering a supportive work atmosphere.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility in work availability is crucial, as operations run seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
