Job Overview

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Airport Centre Coordinator to become a vital part of our Heathrow Airport Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key clients.
  • Provide assistance to various departments, including Airport Resolution Centre, Flight Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, Stand Planning, and Loading Control.
  • Engage in daily meetings to address and communicate any transportation challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Airport Operations Manager on a range of inquiries related to both current and upcoming operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate live operations effectively.
  • Monitor aircraft alterations and relay information to all pertinent departments, ensuring accurate catering figures, aircraft types, and schedules are maintained.
  • Identify and communicate any potential issues that may affect operations.
  • Offer support to Dispatch and Flight Coordinators as needed.
  • Exhibit a passion for detail and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations – this is a dynamic and engaging environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, enabling quick and precise work.
