Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Dispatch Planner to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any major changes from flight information to quantity of passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report any major changes from flight information to quantity of passengers, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to all areas of the DO & CO operation.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between airlines and internal departments, planning and coordinating to ensure requirements are met with all departments in the DO & CO operational areas.
  • Label Preparation and Allocation: Prepare and print labels and allocate information to all departments in the DO & CO operation, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Quality and Quantity Control: Ensure quality and quantity control as per production and menu specifications of all flights, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Check and validate food safety compliance, ensuring all necessary protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Dispatch and Delivery: Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of food assembly and production lines, meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Requirements: Analyze flight data to assist in planning any increase/decrease in stock requirements, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Transport team to provide accurate and timely information regarding any extra requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Site Safety and Security: Ensure the area of operation is a safe place to work, adhering to all policies (Site Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental and Security policies) and serving as a role model for colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptionally high-class service to our customers, delivering goods on time to specification and ensuring accurate handover.
  • Teamwork and Accountability: Take responsibility for all actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family, embodying the DO & CO values.
Requirements
  • Passion for Food and Service: Passion for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service, with a strong understanding of the importance of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.
