Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Right Now Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently.
  • Monitor and control order picking, goods in, and dispatch, ensuring that customer orders are met on time.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stores management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in driving teams to hit targets and KPIs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 13:30 to 22:00.

Salary:

£32,000 to £36,000 per annum.

Please note that all candidates must have a full 5-year checkable history, a clear DBS, and the right to work in the UK.
