Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in handling telephone and email correspondence, with emails being the primary focus.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with a good telephone manner. Previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
Key responsibilities include processing expenses for volunteers, assisting with various administrative tasks such as printing training materials, and managing existing documents.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a well-respected charity organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, including familiarity with Office 365, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
