Office Administration Apprentice

McMillans Property Maintenance (Ayr) Ltd are a small run maintenance company based in Ayr, South Ayrshire. An opportunity has come up for a Office Administration Apprenticeship, based in our main office.
The primary responsibilities for this apprenticeship position will be to provide administrative support to the Manager, Office Manager and Surveyors and undertake any duties given to them.
Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm, (with a minimum pay of 40 hours per week), 28 days holiday entitlement and uniform will be provided. Rate of pay will be from £5.28 per hour.
**Responsibilities**:
- Learn how to interact with customers.
- Answering phones to Customers.
- Booking in appointments.
- General office responsibilities.
- Provide clerical support to the senior staff members
- Assist with customer support and inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
