**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION**
- PREPARING AND SENDING CLIENT TENDERS, QUOTATIONS AND INVOICES
- DEALING WITH CLIENT QUERIES FACE TO FACE, BY TELEPHONE AND EMAIL
- TIMESHEET ADMINISTRATION
- WEEKLY PAYROLL
- ARRANGING APPOINTMENTS AND ORGANISING DIARIES
- LIAISING WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE, SUCH AS EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS, ARCHITECTS, BUILDING STANDARDS
- GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES, INCLUDING FILING AND SCANNING
- PAYING SUB-CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS ON A REGULAR BASIS
- KEEPING UP WITH COMPANY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
- PROVIDING ADMIN SUPPORT TO THE COMPANY DIRECTOR
**HOURS**
- WEDNESDAY - THURSDAY 8.30AM - 4.30PM
- FRIDAY 8.30AM - 3.30PM
- 21.5 HOURS PER WEEK - CAN BE DISCUSSED
- RATE OF PAY IS NEGOTIABLE
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21.5 per week
**Salary**: £12,857.00 per year
