Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Ledger Accounts assistant to join our team at Head Office, Hollybush, Ayr.

Working within an established team you shall have a track record of working on all aspects of accounts administration.

We would expect that you are proficient with working with Microsoft packages: Excel, Word and Outlook and have a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.

Duties include, but not limited to: Processing sales ledger invoices; Producing statements; Contacting customers for credit control and chasing; Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Ledger reconciliations as required. Compiling reports for management. Any other admin support within the company.

Due to the location of the office a driving licence and use of a vehicle would be beneficial but not essential.

Pay: £17,682.04-£27,256.00 per year
