The role of the Learning & Development Administrator plays a vital part in achieving this goal.

Based at Ayrshire Central Hospital and University Hospital Crosshouse, you will provide comprehensive administration support to the Learning and Development team.

This involves coordinating the administration of learning programs, liaising with Learning and Development Advisors and other key stakeholders within the Organisation.

You will also assist in the administration of projects within the Learning and Development Department and ensure that all learning and development support complies with Organisational and Departmental quality procedures and systems.

In addition, you will provide helpdesk assistance for various systems used by the team, including iMatter, LearnPro eLearning Platform, LearnPro Course Booking System, Turas Learn and TURAS Appraisal.

The post requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as experience of Microsoft Office Packages and SVQ Level 3 Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification and experience.

You will be working independently with limited supervision, so self-motivation and initiative are essential qualities for this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
