About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Professional for Young People. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support and care to our young residents, helping them develop essential life skills and encouraging them to participate in community activities.

Salary:£28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and medication administration
  • Help young residents develop independent living skills, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Engage in community activities, such as sports and hobbies
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to management

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
  • Possess a full UK driving licence
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Experience working with children or young people desirable
