About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and assistance to young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, behavioural, neurodiverse, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to young people in daily activities, education, and independent living skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, promoting their emotional well-being and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive community environment that fosters growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license is required as transportation of young people to external locations is necessary.
  • Compassionate, friendly, and genuinely caring approach towards young people.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
  • A natural flair for making people smile and creating lasting memories.
