About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide emotional support to young people and help with day-to-day activities on either a Day Shift or Night shift basis.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support to young people
- Help with day-to-day activities, such as getting washed, dressed and out to school
- Transport young people to external locations, requiring a full UK driving licence
We are looking for individuals who are genuinely caring and want to give our young people the best possible chance to succeed. While previous experience working with children is not necessary, we will provide all the support and training needed to build a fulfilling career.
