About the Role

We are seeking a Mid Market Account Development Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mid-market clients and identifying opportunities for growth.

Your primary focus will be on lead generation, qualification, and cold calling activities. You will work closely with the Sales Director for the France market to deliver a positive customer experience that sets the stage for continued engagement and growing interest in Monotype's type, technology, and expertise.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is able to work efficiently, and has strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mid-market clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Lead generation, qualification, and cold calling activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve offerings, positioning, customer engagement process, customer experience, and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in mid-market account development and management.
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, sales calls, and prospect management.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and achieve defined goals.
  • Deal closing experience is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and a French language is preferable.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong data analytics ability with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) is desirable.
  • Ability to embrace change and learn quickly.

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, 25 paid holidays, great pension scheme, and more.
