Mid-Market Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Growth Manager to lead our sales organization in the UK. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving win rates, and developing a high-performing sales team.
About the Position- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and go-to-market effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales, preferably in MarTech. You should have a proven track record of driving results and developing your team. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus structure and opportunities for professional growth.
