Promapp is seeking a skilled Mid-Market Account Manager to focus on prospecting for new deals and customers in the mid-market, responsible for deal progression and closing.

This role involves managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in mid-market/volume sales ideally in a SaaS organization (2-5 years).

You'll need a strong understanding of technical software solutions and their applications, as well as experience in Microsoft and/or Salesforce environments. Analytical skills to assess customer usage data to derive insights are also essential.
