Mid-Market Account Development Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the DACH region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand existing accounts and acquire new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities in the mid-market segment
- BUILD strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
Estimated Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
