Mid-Market Technology Account Manager

Harness, a rapidly growing software company supported by Menlo Ventures, is searching for an experienced sales professional to lead its mid-market account management efforts in the London office. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, fostering customer relationships, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
About the Role
This challenging position involves managing full sales cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will utilize your expertise in consultative sales solutions to drive customer success and achieve quarterly targets. Proficiency in articulating a clear return on investment value statement is essential in this role.
Your Background
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong track record of sales performance, preferably in the technology sector. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and proficiency in using data-driven tools like Salesforce is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
