Account Executive

Monotype, a leading provider of type and technology solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Mid Market Account Executive to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing and growing new business within the Sub-100M space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify targeted leads and accounts to understand their needs and buying cycles.
- Cold-call prospects generated from internal marketing programs or accounts identified for Inside Sales coverage.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales engagements to effectively communicate Monotype's value proposition.
- Engage with existing customers to maintain relationships, increase potential add-on products and services, and retrieve customer feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.
- Manage the sales pipeline through Monotype's sales tools (Salesforce) and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in opportunity qualification, sales calls, and prospect management.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and achieve defined goals.
- Fluency in English and French language.
- Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
- Strong data analytics ability with attention to detail.
- Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) is desirable.
