Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Vice President, Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business sales and securing the sale of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing NetJets Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
  • Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
  • Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
  • Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of CRM systems.
  • Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a Luxury customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of Sales processes as defined by management.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets' competitors.
