Executive Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Vice President, Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business sales and securing the sale of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing NetJets Owners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
- Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of CRM systems.
- Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
- 10+ years of experience in a Luxury customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales leadership role.
- Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of Sales processes as defined by management.
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets' competitors.
