As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our mid-market customers.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes from using our platform. To do this, you will:

  • Develop and execute customized implementation plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Provide exceptional support, responding to client queries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, collaborating with the sales and account management teams to expand contract revenue.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to inform product development and improve our services.

You will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive business growth.
