A Learning & Development Manager role is available at a Law firm in London.

This senior position requires leading all Learning and Development activities, managing the L&D Coordinator, and ensuring effective provision positively impacting the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver in-house training programs.
  2. Source and manage external training providers.
  3. Work with HR Business Partners and Heads of Departments to identify talent and nurture potential.
  4. Manage Performance Development Reviews and 360 review processes.
  5. Oversee the LMS system.
  6. Mentor the L&D Coordinator.
  7. Collaborate with the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion team to develop training initiatives.
  8. Ensure Learning and Development activities align with the firm's ED&I strategy.

The ideal candidate will have Learning and Development experience, particularly in organizations requiring diverse training portfolios and high-performance review processes. Additionally, this role would suit those interested in taking an active part in creating and delivering L&D content.

The successful individual will influence and shape the Learning and Development function, benefiting from operational support and broader assistance from a collaborative HR team and the Head of Talent.

This opportunity offers agile working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
