We are seeking a high-performing Director, Commercial Account Management to join our team in the EMEA region.

This role involves managing Account Managers, leveraging technology, and improving existing processes to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven and inspiring people leader with strong communication skills and proven experience managing high-performing sales professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting a vision and executing a plan for the AM Commercial Team in EMEA
  • Managing a team of Commercial Account Managers, including hiring, supervising, developing, and mentoring
  • Providing direction and leadership to Account Managers to meet or exceed revenue targets and company objectives

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with Account Managers to provide feedback, support, and training
  • Tracking sales team metrics and reporting data to leadership on a regular basis
  • Leading weekly and/or monthly meetings with the sales team and leadership
  • Partnering with CS leadership to run Customer Facing teams of Coaches and Account Managers
  • Managing day-to-day performance of Account Managers and identifying opportunities for efficiencies
  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new account managers

Required qualifications include significant sales management experience, extensive direct sales experience, and excellent coaching skills.

Desired qualifications include proficiency in Salesforce.
