Grocery Channel Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Channel Sales Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business in the grocery channel, with a focus on our top 2 accounts – Tesco and Asda.
You will have full P&L account management responsibility for these accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities within grocery and wider retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years in an FMCG account management role
- Demonstrate new business/incremental growth with customers
- Commercial & high growth mindset
- Highly adaptable and tenacious
- Comfortable with analysing data and consumer insights
- Can operate in a small business environment
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
