We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director to lead our UK sales team and drive business growth in the grocery and on-trade sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK market, focusing on grocery and on-trade channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers and wholesalers.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure outstanding results.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, informing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food or drink industry.
  • Extensive experience in the UK grocery and on-trade markets, with a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
