About the Role:
Mason Blake, a fast-growing placement agency, is seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join their team as a Senior Sales Director. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and retain high-value relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
- Drive sales growth independently, leveraging a broad network of credible investor types across various regions.
- Take ownership of fundraising initiatives, successfully raising capital and retaining investors through quality relationships.
- Effectively manage the Sales pipeline, cross-selling opportunities, and identifying new prospects to raise capital.
Requirements:
- Strong primary relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia focused on institutional investors and/or family offices.
- A proven track record in fundraising in the alternatives space, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of private equity and private debt funds.
- Background in a placement agency or alternatives firm highly advantageous.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
