Opportunity for a Senior Grocery Account Manager

We are working with a leading FMCG player to find an experienced Senior Grocery Account Manager. This role will involve managing the top 6 grocer accounts, delivering budgeted volumes and margins through effective business planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key grocery accounts
  • Deliver budgeted volumes, revenue, and margins in designated customers through execution of business plans
  • Plan and execute account marketing spend
  • Develop business plans that drive sales growth
  • Document and control key account communication – pricing, promotions, range, co-ordination of category work where applicable

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Account Manager looking to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food retailer accounts, using category insights to create compelling selling stories, and managing full P&L.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing food retailer accounts, preferably as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Uses category insights to create compelling selling stories and conduct reviews
  • Managed the full P&L
  • A good understanding of retailer brand management within the grocery channel would be advantageous
