About the Role
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic grocery commercial accounts in a world-leading business. This dynamic role involves managing full P&L and JBP responsibility, with scope to grow the category in line with EMEA channel strategy. You will report directly to the Channel Sales Director for UK&Ire and work closely with marketing, NPD & operations functions to develop best-in-class category growth decisions and channel strategy.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing top 4 grocery customers
  • Full management of P&L and JBP responsibility
  • Cross-functional work with Marketing, NPD, and Ops teams

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in large, branded consumer businesses and experience in multiple rotations on top 4 grocery customers. Big-branded FMCG business experience is essential due to the nature of category insight, 4Ps customer modeling, and customer strategy. Strong analytical, commercial, or MS&P skills are beneficial for managing complex but exciting NPD launches and growth agendas.
