Job Title: Solutions Consultant - Performance Management and People Analytics Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team at Culture Amp. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales teams to understand the needs of our customers and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will have a strong understanding of performance management and people analytics, and be able to articulate the value of our employee experience platform to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

* Lead complex product demos to customers throughout the sales cycle
* Describe people analytics and performance best practices
* Be an expert on the competition and how to position our products against them
* Assist with pre-sales discovery meetings to understand customer needs
* Provide executive presentations
* Serve as a technical advisor and product expert for prospects

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a Solutions Consulting role with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology
* Strong experience with engagement, performance management, and people analytics processes and methodologies
* Ability to articulate the value of an employee experience platform
* Experience in a customer-facing role responsible for technical discussions
