Invoka Consulting is a Collaborative Work Management consultancy based in London, UK. As a Platinum Smartsheet partner, we focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to help manage the end-to-end life-cycle of procurement and implementation of Smartsheet.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Solutions Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with Smartsheet solutions, leveraging analytical and consulting skills for pre-sales and sales processes. The Solutions Consultant will also be responsible for project management, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality Smartsheet solutions that address customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to lead Invoka Consulting engagements and develop Smartsheet solutions.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Advise customers on the best possible use of Smartsheet within their business, identifying opportunities for follow-on work to expand Smartsheet's footprint.
  • Provide customer training sessions to increase their level of knowledge and ensure successful adoption of Smartsheet solutions.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: candidate should possess analytical skills to evaluate client needs and assess the implementation of required solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential and the desire to take ownership of situations.
  • Project Management: this skill involves efficient management of time, identification of project goals and targets, coordination of communication among project stakeholders, and successful completion of projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in simple terms.
  • 1-2 years' experience with Smartsheet's processes and tools.
