Job Title: Sales Enablement L&D Professional
Job Summary:
Huntress Search Ltd - IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales Enablement L&D Professional to support their global team on a 12-month assignment. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in executing a shared services delivery support model, ensuring that partner sales managers and sales trainers are adequately equipped to train and onboard their sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct call coaching and quality assurance to drive vendor partner quality assurance processes.
- Assess the quality of manager coaching and consultant conversations.
- Work with quality assessors to align QA process and execution.
- Attend quarterly business reviews for partner sites.
- Deliver monthly business reviews to sales leadership team, sharing data insights and actions to prioritise.
- Evaluate team leader coaching sessions, providing feedback.
- Drive and document call evaluation calibration sessions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a similar role.
- Sales experience.
- L&D experience.
- Strategic mindset.
- Data driven.
- Experience with different sales methodologies.
- Experience creating training frameworks.
