We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - HR Generalist to join our team, reporting directly to the Operations and Finance Director. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and operational responsibilities, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Managing employee records, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Supporting recruitment efforts, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Facilitating employee onboarding, training, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
