We're currently seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Operations and Finance Director. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, processes, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitating employee onboarding, training, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.

Compensation: This role comes with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
