About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to join our People Team at H9 Technical Recruitment Ltd as an HR Advisor on a 6-month contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilise your expertise in Employee Relations to drive positive change within the organisation.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of Employee Relations cases, including employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing Employee Relations policies and procedures, ensuring that these are aligned with business objectives and comply with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Employee Relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in complex situations.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management
* Assist in the development and implementation of Employee Relations policies and procedures
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and fair approach to ER cases
* Provide training and support to managers and employees on ER best practices
