Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment. A broad experience in all aspects of HR Business Partnering, including reward, employee relations, talent, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership, is essential. The successful candidate will also have experience in using a range of techniques to support training and development activities, selection, and compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design professional and commercial people solutions to meet the medium/long-term needs of the business
  • Work with key stakeholders to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of contracts
  • Actively monitor data on labour costs, employment relations, and sickness absence
  • Provide counsel to the business regarding escalated cases

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A clean driving licence is also necessary.
