**Job Title:** Business Development Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team, creating and implementing business plans, managing payroll budgets and rotas, and maintaining business records.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and implement business plans to meet sales and profit targets.
  2. Lead a diverse team to deliver warm hospitality and achieve sales targets.
  3. Manage payroll budgets and rotas to ensure efficiency.
  4. Maintain accurate business records and reports.
  5. Ensure seamless operations when on shift.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in business development, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should also be able to identify market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.
