HR Data Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Data Specialist to join our team in York. As a key member of our HR Data & Reporting team, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely HR data to support business decision-making.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with HR data systems, including SAP and SF, and a strong understanding of data protection regulations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and address data-related issues and develop strategies to improve data management and compliance.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme, flexible working scheme, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, and opportunities for personal development and growth.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve data management and compliance, managing DSARs and conflicts of interest, and providing accurate HR data to stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role.
