HR Policy and Reward Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Policy and Reward Manager to join our team at Severfield PLC. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective HR policies and managing the group reward strategies and framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Manage the group reward strategies and framework
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Lead the development and maintenance of HR Policies, ensuring they are aligned with Severfield behaviour framework, legal regulatory requirements, and across HR functions
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, reward schemes, and benefits management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Proficient in HR systems and compensation-related software/tools
