Job Title: HR Advisor

Signature Rail Limited is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide support to line managers in all matters relating to HR, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and advice to line managers on HR-related matters, including terms and conditions, absence, performance, employee relations, and flexible working requests.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed, with clear audit trails and maintain all personnel records in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Offer advice and support on investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, and recruitment needs.
  • Manage the talent management programme, maintain benefit policies, and provide quarterly HR reports on recruitment, retention, and key trends within the business.
  • Support the development of staff, manage training plans, and liaise with training providers for appropriate training courses.
